Associate Osteopath wanted for busy sole practise in West Auckland. Part time with the intention of taking over/owning the clinic. Owner leaving Auckland.

This is a thriving sole practice clinic in a house shared with midwives. This is a family osteopathic clinic established over 25 years and treating three generations of family members from newborns and children to the elderly. A high level of trust has been developed over this time. I have moved out of Auckland and am starting a practise further north while continuing to commute to my Te Atatu clinic in west Auckland. 

My aim is to move out of Auckland completely but I would like a suitable practitioner to take on my data base and look after my patients and for them to ultimately be their patients.

Initially it would be four days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as an initial transition period. With Monday and Thursday added over a following transitional period.

The suitable practitioner would need to be prepared to work with me and be able to incorporate my osteopathic techniques into theirs so as to retain continuity of care ensuring patient retention. I primarily use structural techniques incorporating MET which requires a certain degree of strength, because patients don't know what gentle means. HVLA is also an important skill required particularly of the neck for which I am well trusted for. Another significant component is the cranial treatment of babies for which the suitable applicant would need to have a degree of skill in to take on this niche. The ability to treat pregnant women would also be an advantage.

If required I would be happy to help upskill in any area so that patient satisfaction and retention is guaranteed. Favourable financial arrangements for the suitable applicant can be arranged as the care of my patients is paramount.
