Full-Time Osteopath Christchurch

We work closely with local specialists, sports doctors, surgeons, podiatrists and midwives to ensure our patients' best outcomes. Our clinic also has an excellent referral system in place.

You will work in a stunning, newly built clinic designed to optimise staff welfare. You will have access to a fully fitted kitchen and two outdoor areas for relaxing in the sun and to allow you to recharge during your breaks. Our clinic rooms are large and sunny, offering a very professional and exceptionally pleasant environment to work in.

The position is full-time and can be a salaried or contracting position. For salaried employees, we have an excellent bonus system in place to acknowledge your hard work and dedication.

Our clinic is also completely digitalised, saving you lots of time doing admin work!

If you are a graduate/junior osteopath, we offer a structured 12-month mentorship program that focuses both on clinical and professional development. This mentorship program will provide invaluable learning, guidance and support, which will be given by the Clinic Director weekly, allowing you to develop your skills and confidence as you develop throughout your career. On top of weekly mentoring, we also have weekly team meetings where our whole team get together to discuss cases. 

We also offer an initial sign-on bonus of $2,000 to graduates who want to set themselves up prior to employment or for others looking to relocate to Christchurch.

 About You

• You must have a Current Annual Practicing Licence from OCNZ or be in the process of applying for this if you are intending to move to New Zealand.
• You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• We are looking for someone who is a consummate professional dedicated to growing their skills, building a solid patient base, and delivering an excellent standard of care to our patients.
• You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferably have experience or interest in training in Paediatrics (including infants).
