- Kelsey Kauri & Rex Paraku | “The role of culture in shaping the future health and wellbeing of Māori” - This presentation highlights the transformative impact of culturally-centred approaches on the health and wellbeing of Māori. By integrating holistic practices rooted in tikanga Māori (Māori customs and practices) and matauranga Māori (Māori knowledge systems), we demonstrate how these approaches contribute to a more equitable, effective, and culturally responsive healthcare system.
