HealthState is currently looking for an Osteopath contractor full time to take over a current full patient list from one of our amazing Osteopaths who’s relocating. Start dates from March-April 2025 onwards.

MISSION STATEMENT

HealthState Osteopathy was established in 2018 previously known as Perth Pain Clinic and is owned and run by Dr Chris Rickson (Osteopath and studied Psychology). He has been operating in Perth for over 14 years.

Our aim is quite simple, to ensure every single patient and practitioner becomes the best version of themselves. We provide a happy and healthy space with services tailored to the individual. Using a holistic approach combined with compassion, kindness and empathy; every treatment is a full body manual medical experience, to ensure the best outcome and results for every patient.

SERVICES

Our Osteopaths offer structural, biodynamic cranial and dry needling techniques to ensure our patients get the best outcome of treatment.

We offer online stretches and videos to ensure the patients can quickly and easily do their homework to increase compliance and well-being.

At each of our locations we also offer a variety of other allied health modalities including. Midland (Osteopaths and Massage Therapists), Mundaring (an array of alternative healing modalities and Osteopathy), North Perth (Cosmetic Nurses for treatment of Bruxism and other neurological conditions) and Victoria Park (Osteopaths, Councillors, Naturopaths, Podiatrists and Chiropractors)

HealthState inter-referral basis includes over 150 General Practitioners regularly referring patients privately and through the care plan initiative. We also have an array of other allied health professionals including podiatrists, naturopaths and reproductive specialists that assist our patients.

HealthState is also supported by our IT team for promotions, social media and google ratings. We utilise full time telephonists, reception, Cliniko and Hicaps terminals for easy record taking and payment processing.

All our treatment rooms are to the highest standards of cleanliness, air conditioned and completely private. Everything is provided for you including electric tables, product, towels, washing and drying facilities, toilets, kitchen, disposables and reception stationary, printing and free wifi.

LOCATIONS

HealthState operates out of 4 Locations around Perth with Midland as its head office.

We have offices in North Perth (6 minutes from the City), Victoria Park (10 minutes from the City), Midland (25 minutes from the City) and Mundaring (35 minutes from the City).

Our different offices provide Osteopathic services to a wide range of demographics and for people of all ages from infants to the elderly.

TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP

All Osteopaths that work at HealthState have an initial training period of 1-2 weeks one on one with Chris and another highly qualified Osteopath. You are taught the signature sequence used at Healthstate which you can adapt with each patient for ease of treatment to use as a guide. Full training in operational tasks of the clinics is also covered so you feel safe and comfortable working independently with ease.

Healthstate also utilises the amazing GROWTHRX program including Graduate mentoring programs, online courses, common condition modules, over 100+ webinars and other tools to assist you in your personal and professional development.

Ongoing support is offered for those requiring a little more assistance in areas they want to focus on improving.
