Whānau support research request - Whānau Āwhina Plunket

We are from Maven Consulting and are doing research on behalf of Whānau Āwhina Plunket as part of a review of PlunketLine, commissioned by Te Whatu Ora.

We are looking to gather perspectives from a variety of people who work with parents, whānau and carers of young children. We are interested in hearing from providers in the Early Years sector about the use of telephone-based support services for parents and caregivers of pre-school children and babies. We are looking to understand perceptions of PlunketLine and experience you have of working with them, if that is something you or your organisation does.

We would like to know a little about you and your role in supporting families with babies and children to give context to your comments.  Your responses are confidential, and your name and details will not be shared, unless you specifically give us permission to quote you.

We are also interviewing parents and caregivers to understand their support networks, perceptions, and barriers to using PlunketLine. At the same time, we are reviewing PlunketLine's operational practices and performance.
