Seeking Experienced Locum for May 2025 in sunny Nelson/Tasman

We are looking for a skilled osteopath to join our practice as a locum for one month in May 2025. This position offers an excellent chance to work in a well-established clinic in the beautiful and sunny Nelson, Tasman region while the principal practitioner is away.

About the Practice:

Finn Thomas Osteopath is a respected clinic with a focus on pregnancy, post-natal, and paediatric osteopathic care. We have a strong reputation and receive referrals from obstetricians, GPs, midwives, and other healthcare professionals.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a professional, passionate osteopath with:

• Confidence in structural and cranial approaches and experience in paediatric and pregnancy care
• A high level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Ability to work with diverse patient groups, from newborns to elderly
• Excellent communication and listening skills

 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, tailored patient examinations and osteopathic treatments
• Managing the practice including: Taking payments, rebooking and responding to emails and telephone enquiries within the day.
• Be courteous and professional with both our patients and the other therapists and reception team in the multidisciplinary practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary
